| Sweet chilli sauce | 4 tbsp |
| Light soy sauce | 2 tbsp |

Prepare the Marinade
Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl or shake in a ziplock bag.
Marinade the Salmon
Place salmon in the marinade and cover completely. Cover with plastic wrap or seal the ziplock bag. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cook in the Oven
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil and a bit of oil. Cook salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 7 to 10 minutes.
Plate Your Dish
Serve with rice or steamed veggies. Enjoy!
