INGREDIENTS

Beef steak (sirloin or rump), thinly sliced 300 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves, finely chopped 2
Dried red chilli, sliced 2
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Fresh basil or coriander To serve
Steamed rice To serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Beef

Slice the beef thinly against the grain.

Stir-fry Aromatics

Heat oil in a hot wok. Fry garlic and chilli briefly until fragrant.
