| Soy sauce | 1 Tbsp | 
| Oyster sauce | 1 Tbsp | 
| Steak Seasoning | 2 Tbsp | 
| Coconut Sugar | 2 Tbsp | 
| Beef | 200g | 
| Tamarind paste | 15g | 
| Fish Sauce | 1 Tbsp | 
| Lime | 1 piece | 
| Minced shallots | 2 Tbsp | 
| Minced coriander | 2 Tbsp | 

 
Marinate the Beef
In a large bowl, mix 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp steak seasoning, and 1 tsp coconut sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add the beef, thinly sliced, and toss to coat well.
Cover and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
 
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk 15 g tamarind paste, 1 Tbsp fish sauce, and 1 Tbsp coconut sugar until smooth.
Stir in the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp steak seasoning, minced shallots, and minced coriander leaves. Mix well and set aside.
 
Assemble & Grill
Thread the marinated beef onto skewers (soaked if wooden).
Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until nicely browned and just cooked through.
To Serve. 
 
Serve
Arrange the skewers on a plate and serve with the tamarind dipping sauce.
Pair with sticky rice.
