Continue ShoppingLaab Kai is a Thai Ground Chicken Salad with fresh herbs, spicy toasted rice blend, and a spicy citrus dressing. 
This Thai saland is quick and easy to make with very few ingredients.

| Minced chicken | 200g | 
| Red Onion | ½ piece | 
| Spring Onions | 2 stems | 
| Coriander | 10g | 
| Mint | 10g | 
| Steak Seasoning | 2 tsp | 
| Lime | ½ piece | 
| Fish sauce | 1 tsp | 
 
Stir fry minced chicken
Heat a nonstick pan without adding any oil and stir fry the minced meat over a medium heat. Cook the chicken but not to caramelize it. You can add a spoonful or two of water if needed.
 
Add fresh herbs
Add the minced red onion and the fresh herbs. Sir through.
 
Add the Laab blend
Stir in 2 tsp of SIAM Steak seasoning.
 
Plate your dish
Place the laab kai on a plate and serve with cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber
